Christiam Osorio Cruz - Genesis Microlot

La Vega, Christiam's farm, is a 2.5-hectare farm with 2,700 pink bourbon trees across the land among cassava and plantains. His coffee is typically dry fermented for 55 hours and then washed before drying for 20 days in a parabolic dryer.

Christiam left his coffee producing partnership at Fairfield Trading after having several poor experiences. He couldn't stand the lack of respect and transparency as well as unfair wages. Three years ago, he started growing coffee again after a brief hiatus, and he has partnered with our friends Genesis who assure Christiam he will be given radical transparency and full autonomy with his business.
